All the changes made to Mario Kart’s Peach Gardens course, from DS to Switch

December 31, 2022 by Staff Reporter

Peach Gardens has made multiple appearances over the years in Mario Kart titles, starting with Mario Kart DS back in 2005. Now that the track is once again available in the latest DLC pack for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch, GameXplain has taken it upon themselves to analyze every single change in every single version. Aside from graphical differences, various aspects have been altered between games, including the size of the paths and the behavior of the Chain Chomps. Which version is your favorite?

Booster Course Wave 3 for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is here, and we’re checking out All Changes and differences made for the returning courses. The second race of the Moon Cup is DS Peach Gardens. Yep, it’s time for my course. [Princess Peach: Yay!] Most likely inspired by European estates, this track features a walled garden with a mansion similar to Peach’s Castle, numerous topiaries, and other floral decorations, all guarded by Chomps that patrol the grounds. So how does the most recent update differ from past instalments? Let’s find out!
