The Belarusian pavilion at VDNKh presented a new exposition as part of the opening of the international forum “Russia”. It started today. The exhibition shows the achievements of Belarusian science, which appeared in recent years. Much is devoted to the topic of electric transportation. One can see a model of electric convertible, unmanned aerial vehicles, helicopter and space technology. Visitors can also learn about new technologies in agriculture, medicine and microelectronics.
Dmitry Krutoy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia:
“I reported this concept to the President, and he instructed that there must be a very powerful presentation of the achievements of Belarusian science here, including, of course, joint Belarusian-Russian developments. Naturally, our main project of cooperation is the nuclear power plant and the project with Rosatom, but in fact there are a lot of other new and interesting areas. The exhibition of our science achievements “Belarus Intellectual” was a great success in Belarus, both in Minsk and in the regions. It was a success both among specialists and citizens. We will present some element, some part of this exhibition in our pavilion at VDNKh.”
The new exposition in the Belarusian pavilion will work for six months. According to preliminary estimates, about one million people will visit it during this time.
