Busch Gardens’ Food and Wine returns with new menu, concerts

TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival returns Friday with new dishes on the menu and live concerts.

The festival runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through May 21.

For this year’s event, the menu includes items inspired by dishes from Africa, Morocco, Asia, and the Greek Isles. It also includes more vegetarian options such as Moroccan couscous with roasted vegetables, pierogis and peas, mushroom ravioli with truffle cream sauce, and African vegetable curry & naan bread.

Other food items that will be available at the festival include desserts such as the signature desserts at Xcursions. This year, the desserts are themed after Busch Gardens roller coasters—SheiKra, Iron Gwazi, Cheetah Hunt and Tigris.

The different food kiosks around the park will also serve cocktails, craft and other beverages.

Busch Gardens will have sampler lanyards for purchase. A 10-item sampler is $70, while a 15-item one is $85.

The festival will feature a concert series with acts such as Flo Rida, Jeremy Camp, 38 Special and Walk the Moon on the lineup. The concerts are included with park admission.

  • April 15 – 38 Special
  • April 16 – Mitchell Tenpenny
  • April 22 – Air Supply
  • April 23 – Gabby Barrett
  • April 29 – Hoobastank
  • April 30 – Walk the Moon
  • May 5 – The Como La Flor Band
  • May 6 – Celia Vive
  • May 7 – El Gran Combo
  • May 13 – Tono Rosario
  • May 20 – Elvis Crespo
  • May 21 – Luisito Ayala y la Puerto Rican Power
