Ghost Ft. Amon Amarth Concord Pavilion August 2nd 2023 –

March 9, 2023 by Staff Reporter

Legendary metal artists come together to summon their fans in mass for the chaos!

Ghost is scheduled to be on tour with Amon Amarth and it’s really just them two. That’s a shock I thought there would be more bands in the line up. Like maybe Opeth or Meshuggah could have been expected as well considering the two bands Ghost and Amon Amarth are both from Sweden and we all know how insanely metal Sweden is. The Swedes love for metal at large rivals the UK and USA and even the Indonesians I would think.

Anyways, the show is scheduled for August 2nd at 730pm. Man Concord is going to get insane. The Bay Area definitely has its metal enthusiasts. Guilty as charged. Speaking of metal; did I ever tell you that my first concert was at the Concord Pavilion and that the band playing was none other than the super brutal merciless monoliths of METAL!!!…. The Jonas Brothers YAY!!!!!!!

Ha fooled you. Anyway but ya The Jonas Brothers was for real my first concert. It was for the Burnin’ Up Tour sponsored by Burger King. Yeah, back when Burger King was so contrarian towards McDonald’s and as a result was always doing promotions that attracted kids and adults.

Moving on if you forgot where The Concord Pavilion was, it’s located at 2000 Kirker Pass Road in guess what city? Yes. Contra Costa. No I can’t believe you fell for that. It’s located in Concord! Ha no you’re funny.

So as of this writing I’m getting information from livenation.com that if you buy the tickets now there will be a delivery delay up until July and yes tickets are available for purchase now.

Details

  • 2000 Kirker Pass Road, Concord
  • Buy tickets at livenation.com
  • Tickets priced at least $30 plus fees I assume
  • Since this is a more active audience then please drink lots of water or risk fainting from dehydration
  • All ages I think
  • 730PM

Thank you
