Here, we will go over how you can unlock the ability to use amiibo’s in Fire Emblem Engage.

On January 20, 2023, Fire Emblem Engage was released to the public. This is Nintendo’s first major game of the year, and it has been received pretty well by both reviewers and the players who got their hands on the game. It is the first lengthy RPG of the year, so there is a lot to uncover from the game.

There are a lot of different characters in the game, different stats, and so much more to absorb as well. One of the more fun features of Fire Emblem Engage is the ability to use amiibo in the game. Here, we are going to go over how you can unlock the ability to use amiibo in the newest Fire Emblem game.

Fire Emblem Engage has shifted its focus to the core gameplay for this particular game. Because of that, there is a lot to keep up with in the game. So much so that the game eases players into everything rather than giving it all to you at once. One of the main features that are held back for a bit is called the amiibo Gazebo.

The amiibo Gazebo is the ability to actually use amiibo in Fire Emblem Engage. To actually unlock it, you will have to be at the start of Chapter 6. Once you are at the start of Chapter 6 in Fire Emblem Engage, you will unlock the amiibo Gazebo in the Somniel Hub area.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use the amiibo Gazebo at any time or anywhere. You will actually need to be in the Somniel Hub between battles. You will need to find the amiibo Gazebo on the map as well. But it is pretty easy. The amiibo Gazebo is near the orchard in Somniel.

Once you have unlocked it to use, you will just need to walk up to it and press the A button. You will then be prompted to scan your amiibo. You grab your amiibo and scan it on your controller. The in-game instructions will show you exactly how to scan your amiibo for Fire Emblem Engage. Once you do that, you will be rewarded with all kinds of special content for Fire Emblem Engage that you do not want to miss out on. Just remember that amiibo is a completely separate purchase and is not included with the game.
