Welcome to Disney World, where things are constantly changing.
Italy Pavilion
But that’s all part of the fun, right? We love going to Disney World often just to see all the NEW stuff. EPCOT, in particular, has been undergoing a massive transformation in front of our very eyes. And while many of those changes are coming in the form of exciting enhancements, another change we’ve seen throughout Disney World is less-than-fun for many guests. We’re talking about price increases. Now, we’ve got some price increase news to share about a popular World Showcase dining spot.
Via Napoli, over in the Italy Pavilion in EPCOT, can be an incredibly popular spot to dine. But it just got a little PRICIER to eat there.
Via Napoli
We’ll start by looking at how the Antipasti menu has changed:
- Mozzarella Caprese changed from $12 to $13
- Garlic Focaccia changed from $4.95 to $5.25
- Tagliere (serves 2) changed from $38 to $39
There was also a change under Insalata (aka Salads): the Cesare option to add chicken increased from $7 to $8. Likewise, under Pasta, for Fettucine via Napoli, the option to add chicken increased from $6 to $8 and the option to add shrimp went from $6 to $9.
Tagliere
The Secondi Piatti part of the menu had just one update: Filetto di Manzo changed from $40 to $43.
Pizzas are now going to cost a little more too:
- Margherita 20″ Large (Menu Item) changed from $33 to $35
- Margherita 1/2 Meter Mezzo Metro changed from $44 to $46
The Panna Cotta has also been removed from the dessert menu. If you order the Cannolo Siciliano, you’ll see that the price changed from $10 to $11.
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria
Although these changes are generally just an increase of a $1 or $2 generally, that can add up. So we wanted you to be aware of the updates in case you have an advance dining reservation for Via Napoli coming up. We do our best to keep up with these menu changes, too, so be sure to check back with AllEars often.
