You are invited to the Official Opening of the North Park Sports Pavilion Upgrade on Saturday 27 May 2023. The Official Opening will commence at 12pm with a ribbon cutting and plaque unveiling. The Goulburn & District Junior Rugby League club has organised a jumping castle on the day that will be free for the kids to enjoy.
The old club house and toilet block was demolished to make room for a brand-new Sports Pavilion that includes:
- A new Canteen
- Clubhouse/ Meeting Room
- Disabled internal toilet and shower
- Four change rooms – two female and two male – with toilets and showers
- One Unisex umpire room
- Public toilets as well as a disabled toilet
- Storage room
- A viewing veranda that is sun safe and has cold weather protection
- Water Storage Tank
- Solar Panels
- New Pathways
- Landscaping
The $1,582,603.00 North Park Sports Pavilion Upgrade was jointly funded by the Australian Federal Government, NSW Government, Goulburn Mulwaree Council and Goulburn & District Junior Rugby League Inc.
