People who extended their living space beyond their home’s exterior walls are basking in the glow of watching sunsets, entertaining under the stars and relaxing in their private sanctuary. Home buyers are lured in by a well-maintained lawn, mature plants, privacy planting and fencing, outdoor seating areas and attractive garden lighting, say experts.
