Bonham, Texas — It will be a busy weekend at Powder Creek Pavilion. On Friday, September 15, the Buzz Andrews Band is back in town for a night of Classic Rock, Blues and Country.
Then on Saturday, Powder Creek Pavilion is hosting a fundraiser for Willow Wild Cemetery, complete with karaoke and the DJ spinning music from the ’50s. Food is available for purchase.
Buzz Andrews has been pickin’ for 59 years now and thinks he can go 20 more. You can catch his shows in the North Dallas area almost any night of the week. His guitar work with “Little Red”, his ol’ 1963 Gibson guitar, is unique and his harmonica is tasteful as a cool drink of water.
When he teams up with Brad “Magic Brad” Silwood on the Sax, Captain Bill Cornish on he bass, and Moonshine Jack Moore on the drums it turns into an event that you don’t want to miss.
Tickets for the Buzz Andrews Band are $15 at the gate or powder-creek.com. Buy on-line advance tickets in groups of six and you will get a reserved table upfront. Food available for purchase. Fri. Sept. 15 @ 8pm. Gates open at 7:00 p.m. and the music starts at 8:00 p.m.
Bring your cooler!
