Construction is back underway at Emporia Pavilions.
The retail development at 24th and Industrial is now into its third phase of construction with early work underway on the new Five Below store. Project developer Spencer Thomson says this round of work will also include the new Maurices location immediately east of Five Below, with Old Navy then going directly east of Maurices.
Thomson also says he is nearing completion on leases for two more national tenants, although it may several more weeks for those plans to be announced. Thomson also continues to work towards bringing several restaurants to the development.
