During negotiations between Zicam Security and Influence Gardens & Driveways it appeared to be an ideal match for both parties. As a result, Zicam acquired a stake in Lee’s company, which allowed him to establish a new business called Impact Grounds Maintenance.
The main objective behind this decision was to ensure that their clients continue to receive exceptional and professional services, just as they always have. In addition to offering integrated security systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and perimeter protection, they can also provide grounds design, landscaping, and maintenance services.
By incorporating Influence Grounds Maintenance into their team, they can develop a comprehensive facilities management package for their customers, ensuring exceptional design, maintenance, and customer support across their entire site.

After two decades in the field, Lee established his own enterprise last year when he identified an unexplored niche. While he observed numerous small businesses offering garden maintenance, very few delivered professional design and landscaping services. Eager to utilise his vast experience and degree in Garden Landscape Design, he provides a top-notch service that guides clients from design and landscaping to construction.
His ability to undertake large projects while experiencing rapid business growth captured Zicam Security’s attention. Lee states: “The investment by Zicam and a new branch of the business means we can continue to provide the level of service our residential customers, but also expand with Zicam into servicing commercial customers.”

The resulting new venture, named Impact Electrical Care Ltd, will join Impact Grounds Maintenance and Influence Gardens & Driveways under the umbrella of the parent organisation, Zicam Facilities Group. This group also plans to pursue additional acquisitions in the future.
